Tim McHugh co-founded Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 1985 with Jim Wilkes. Mr. McHugh received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, magna cum laude, and was selected as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1984. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.

Bennie Lazzara Jr. has been with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. since 1997 and has dedicated his trial expertise to championing the cause of the elderly, as well as fighting for victims of a variety of crimes and injustices. Jim Freeman received his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from the University of Florida in 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Law in 1978. Mr. Freeman began his practice in the trial section of Shackelford, Farrior, Stallings & Evans, P.A., after which, he joined Shear, Newman & Hahn, P.A. where he was a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
